Novation Contracts definition

Novation Contracts means each of (i) the Lockheed Xxxxxx Corp. RF Devices Project RFP# DC – RF – 03-05 Memorandum of Understanding (with Remec Magnum), (ii) the Lockheed Xxxxxx Corp. RF Devices Project RFP# DC – RF – 03-05 Memorandum of Understanding (with Q-BIT Corp.), (iii) the BAE Systems North America Long Term Supply Agreement, (iv) the Rockwell Xxxxxxx Enterprise Sourcing Agreement No. CW19B05 and (v) the Defense & Space Supply Agreement.
Novation Contracts means those Contracts details of which are set out in Schedule 6 (Novation Contracts);
Novation Contracts means those contracts details of which are set out in Schedule 9; “Offer” has the meaning given to it in Clause 13.1;

Examples of Novation Contracts in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the Service Provider offer or provide Novation Proprietary Services or any other service involving the Novation Contracts to any Person other than to a Member in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Section 5.6(d), the term of the responsibilities of the Purchaser and the Seller under this Section 5.6(d) shall be from the Closing Date until such time as all of the Novation Contracts, including any extensions or options thereto exercised by the Government, are novated as set forth immediately above, completed or terminated.

  • At the Purchaser’s instruction, the Seller shall cause all payments for performance under the Novation Contracts to be paid into a lock-box under the exclusive control of the Purchaser pursuant to the terms of the lock-box agreement for such lock-box.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
