Novation Date definition

Novation Date means, with respect to the relevant Novated Contracts, the date during which the Effective Time for such Novated Contracts falls.
Novation Date means the date of novation of the Collection Contract to the Replacement Administering Authority in accordance with this Schedule 3 and the Collection Contract;
