Novation Fee definition

Novation Fee means the application fee (if any) set by the Panel from time to time in accordance with Section A2.7.6 as the fee payable by a Novation Applicant;
Novation Fee means the fee payable by TTL in relation to the novation of the Notified Supply Contracts to the Service Provider as set out in paragraph 10(Novation/Management Fees) of Schedule 7 (Charging);
Novation Fee means the fee payable by TfL in relation to the novation of the Notified Supply Contracts to the Service Provider as set out in paragraph 7 of schedule 7 (Charging);
