Novation Notice definition

Novation Notice means the notice served on the Collection Contractor in accordance with this Schedule 3 and the Collection Contract;

Novation Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5;

Novation Notice has the meaning given in clause 8.1(a).

Examples of Novation Notice in a sentence

• If the Proposed Novation Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Material Project Contractor's consent to the novation will be deemed to have been given.

• Information for Consent to Novation If the Proposed Novation Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Contractor's consent to the novation shall be deemed to have been given automatically.

• Information for Consent to Novation If the Proposed Novation Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Service Provider's consent to the novation shall be deemed to have been given automatically.
