NSW Health Service definition

NSW Health Service means public hospitals and/or Area Health Services who provide patient transport services.
NSW Health Service means an organisation defined in Section 7 of the Health Services Ac, 1997 as follows:
NSW Health Service means those persons who are employed under Chapter 9 Part 1 of the Health Services Act 1997 by the Government of New South Wales in the service of the Crown.

More Definitions of NSW Health Service

NSW Health Service means the New South Wales Health Service as defined in section 115 of the Health Services Act 1997 (NSW) (‘Act’) or its successors, assignees or transmittees, excluding the County of Yancowinna; a statutory health
NSW Health Service means public hospitals and/or Area Health Services who provide patient transport services. "Ordinary hourly rate" for the purposes of this award has incorporated within it by way of a ‘composite wage arrangement’ payments that may have otherwise accrued for working weekends. The ordinary hourly rate will accordingly be used for all purposes in this award (including superannuation) for all time worked by employees.

  • Health Service means a Local Health District constituted under section 8 of the Health Services Act 1997, a Statutory Health Corporation constituted under section 11 of that Act, and an Affiliated Health Organisation constituted under section 13 of that Act.

  • Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.

  • Water Service means the procurement, treatment, and distribution of water for domestic use or any other purpose for which water can be used.

  • Mental Health Worker means an individual that assists in planning, developing and evaluating mental health services for Clients; provides liaison between Clients and service providers; and has obtained a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work, or has two years of experience providing client related services to Clients experiencing mental health, drug abuse or alcohol disorders. Education in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work may be substituted for up to one year of the experience requirement.
