Examples of NTC Products in a sentence

  • SM shall also be responsible for the coordination and arrangements for the transportation of the NTC Products with the Designated Carriers.

  • Upon reasonable request by NTC, SM shall transport any NTC Products designated for inspection to a mutually agreed location within the Manufacturing Plant.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, all costs and expenses incurred as a result of a recall attributable to a Specification defect for the NTC Products or defects in NTC Items or other items supplied to SM by NTC or its agents, shall be the sole responsibility of NTC.

  • SM shall pay the costs associated with arranging and coordinating the logistics services for the NTC Products with the Designated Carriers as well as loading and unloading the NTC Products at the Manufacturing Plant.
