Nuclear Managing Board. As defined in the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement.
Nuclear Managing Board means the board established pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement.
Nuclear Managing Board. (as defined in the NMBA) to approve or reject any Contract as described in Section 2.3.2 of the NMBA that would have been subject to the prior approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 and the regulations thereunder, in each case as in effect on August 1, 2005, including, without limitation, 17 C.F.R. §§ 250.80 – 250.95, unless and until the Borrower shall have first given the RUS written notice of the proposed vote not less than 60 days prior to such vote. If, upon receipt of such notice, the RUS shall notify the Borrower within the 60-day period preceding the vote of an objection to the proposed vote, then the Borrower shall not vote until it has obtained RUS approval of such vote.

  • Each budget shall be supported by detail reasonably adequate for the purpose of review by the Nuclear Managing Board.

  • Promptly following delivery to the Owners pursuant to Section 5.1.2.3 of the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement, a copy of any material information reported by the Operator to the Owners regarding the replacement of (A) the individual occupying the position of General Manager of each Unit, and the successors of such replacement, and (B) any officer of the Operator having responsibility for each Unit, and the successors of such replacement.

  • In the event the Nuclear Managing Board shall by Requisite Owner Action disapprove an entire budget, the Operating Agent shall as promptly as possible, submit a revised budget to the Nuclear Managing Board for approval or disapproval.

  • The Nuclear Managing Board may, by Requisite Owner Action, approve or disapprove each budget in its entirety.

  • Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 3.0 herein, each reference in the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement to “the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “the Agreement”, “hereunder”, “thereunder”, “hereto” or “thereto” or words of like import referring to the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement, as the same shall be amended by this Agreement.

The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Planning Board means the Planning Board of the University;

  • College board means the state board for community and

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.

  • Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).

  • Management Board means the management board of the Company.

  • Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
