Nucleic Acid Product means any substance that (i) is or is intended to be -------------------- developed and sold commercially for administration to humans or animals or plants or for therapeutic or diagnostic use and (ii) contains a non- protein, non-peptide encoding oligonucleotide, including, but not limited to, Nucleic Acid Molecules.
