NYSE Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
NYSE Approval means conditional approval of the NYSE to list the Consideration Shares subject only to customary conditions;
NYSE Approval means the approval of the NYSE MKT of the additional listing of the Conversion Shares and Warrant Shares.
