NYSERDA NYGATS Account. The NYGATS account established by NYSERDA into which Seller shall transfer Tier-1 RECs as performance under this Agreement.

For Bid Facilities including Energy Storage, NYSERDA will verify the Installed Storage Capacity and confirm that it has been installed consistent with the Bid Proposal (see Article IV). For Fuel-Based Bid Facilities, the Seller will be required to provide additional information as outlined in Exhibit D to this Agreement. Once Operational Certification has been granted, NYSERDA will make payments consistent with Section IV.

Examples of NYSERDA NYGATS Account in a sentence

  • The amount payable to Seller with respect to each monthly invoice shall be the product of: (i) the number of ORECs associated with the Actual Production during the month and Transferred to the NYSERDA NYGATS Account in accordance with Section 2.01, and (ii) the Monthly OREC Price for the vintage month of the ORECs Transferred.

  • Seller shall, at its own expense, make all arrangements necessary to: (a) register the Selected Project and Transfer ORECs to the NYSERDA NYGATS Account, and (b) interconnect the Selected Project and comply with the electricity delivery requirements set out in Article III.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Joint Account means an Account opened in more than one name;

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
