O ption definition

O ption means the Nonqualified Stock Option granted to Participant evidenced by this Agreement.
O ption means a right to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock at a fixed Option Price equal to no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date the Award is granted, except in the case of Options granted as Substitute Awards.
O ption means an option to purchase one or more shares of Stock pursuant to the Plan that is either an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-qualified Stock Option.
