Object of cultural patrimony definition

Object of cultural patrimony means an object having ongoing historical, traditional, or cultural importance central to a group or culture itself, rather than property owned by an individual, and which, therefore, cannot be alienated, appropriated, or conveyed by any individual regardless of whether or not the individual is a member of a tribe or an organization.
Object of cultural patrimony means an object having ongoing historical, traditional, or cultural importance central to the Native American group or culture itself, which cannot be alienated, appropriated, or conveyed by any individual regardless of whether or not the individual is a member of the Indian tribe, and the object is considered inalienable by that Native American group at the time the object was separated from that group.
Object of cultural patrimony means an object having ongoing historical, traditional, or cultural importance central to an Indian tribe itself and that shall have been considered in- alienable by the tribe at the time the object was separated therefrom.
