Obligation Share definition

Obligation Share means, with respect to any Creditor at any time, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is the amount of Obligations owing to such Creditor at such time, and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of all Obligations owing to all of the Creditors at such time.
Obligation Share means, with respect to an Obligation Share Member, that percentage set forth in the Schedule of Obligation Shares attached hereto.
Obligation Share has the meaning set forth in Section 11.19(a).
