Obligor Entities definition

Obligor Entities means Obligor, Underwriter, its parent, their affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and assigns.

  • The total liability of the Obligor Entities to You or any third party, for any and all claims arising from or related in any way to the Plan (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) is limited (1) per Claim to the Coverage Limit set forth in Exhibit A, and (2) in the aggregate during any twelve (12) month period from the Effective Date pursuant to these Terms and in accordance with the Aggregate Annual Claim Limit set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Sponsor Entities means AP Talos Energy LLC, AP Talos Energy Debtco LLC, Apollo Management VII, L.P., AIF VII Management, LLC and its affiliates, Apollo Commodities Management, L.P. with respect to Series I, Apollo Commodities Management GP, LLC and its affiliates, Apollo Global Securities, LLC and its affiliates, Riverstone Talos Energy Equityco LLC, Riverstone Talos Energy Debtco LLC, REP Management Company V, LLC, Riverstone Equity Partners LP and Riverstone Holdings LLC and its affiliates.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Parent Guarantors means, (i) Parent, (ii) Holding, (iii) JBS Global Luxembourg S.à x.x., (iv)

  • Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Company Entities means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any equity or other ownership interest.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Companies means Parent and its Subsidiaries;

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • Subsidiary Parties means (a) the Restricted Subsidiaries identified on Schedule I and (b) each other Restricted Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Agreement as a Subsidiary Party after the Closing Date.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Guarantor Subsidiaries has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;
