Observation Deck definition

Observation Deck means that portion of the Improvements demised to the Observatory Tenant pursuant to the Observatory Lease.
Observation Deck means the one hundredth (100th) through one hundred 7 second (102nd) floors of the Building as shown on the Floor Plans attached as Exhibit D, which contain 8 the observation deck and associated concessions which shall be operated by Tenant pursuant to this 9 Lease. Except for the portions of such floors that shall be part of the Building Common Areas in 10 accordance with the terms of the definition herein of such term, the Observation Deck shall not be part of 11 the Building Common Areas.
Observation Deck means and refer to that type of wooden deck constructed along, or at the end of, a boardwalk which boardwalk has been constructed within the Wetlands, Wetland Fringe Zone or Conservation Areas, as the case may be, for the purpose of observing and enjoying the natural scenery in a passive recreational way.   • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • SONIA Observation Period means the period from and including the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Accrual Period (and the first Interest Accrual Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Accrual Period (or the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Obligations Foncières become due and payable);

The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • Observation Price means any Underlying Price determined during the Observation Period.

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Observation Look-Back Period means the period specified in the Final Terms; and

  • Percolation test means a subsurface soil test at the depth of a proposed absorption system or similar component of an OWTS to determine the water absorption capability of the soil, the results of which are normally expressed as the rate at which one inch of water is absorbed. The rate is expressed in minutes per inch.

  • Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan.   • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Radiation detector means a device which in the presence of radiation provides a signal or other indication suitable for use in measuring one or more quantities of incident radiation.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.
