Obvious Defect definition

Obvious Defect means any instance where a batch of the Product fails to conform to the Specifications or is otherwise defective or fails to conform to the Required Standards, and such failure is discoverable upon reasonable physical inspection or standard testing of such Product upon receipt by Dexcel in accordance with its standard operating procedures.

Obvious Defect means, with respect to any Non-CONFORMING DELIVERED MATERIAL, that such non-conformance is visible or easily detectable without any analysis in a laboratory.
