Occupational disease or illness definition

Occupational disease or illness means a condition produced by the work environment over a period longer than a single workday or shift.
Occupational disease or illness means any disease or illness peculiar to the occupation in which the Employee was engaged, that was suffered due to causes in excess of the ordinary hazards of employment.
