Premise definition

Premise means any structure or group of structures operated as a single business or enterprise, provided, however, the term "premise" shall not include more than one (1) dwelling.
Premise means any land, building or structure or part thereof or combination thereof including any other vacant / non vacant area which is part of the Procurer’s establishment;

  • Incase under any circumstances including the change of law or for public interest, the LESSOR may terminate the Lease Agreement by issuing a notice with three (3) months period from the date of issue of notice and based on that notice the LESSEE shall vacate the Property or Premise within notice period.

  • The LESSOR shall issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) to LESSEE, informing it’s intent and readiness to hand over the Property or Premise free from encumbrance for carrying out the purpose mentioned in the Lease Agreement prior to the execution of this Lease Agreement.
