Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Live parts means conductive part(s) intended to be electrically energized in normal use.
OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), so long as the same are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as the same are subject to the Lien of the Indenture in accordance with the terms of Section 7.04 thereof after removal from the Airframe or any Engine.
Common Parts The accessways, forecourts, entrance halls, corridors, landings, kitchens, staircases, common rooms, utility rooms, kitchens all other areas within the Halls and the fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment in them which are provided by the Arts University Bournemouth for the common use by the occupiers of the Premises.

APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.
Warranty Period means the period of validity of the warranties given by the Supplier commencing at completion of procurement of goods or a part thereof, if separate completion of the procurement of goods for such part has been provided in the Contract, during which the Supplier is responsible for defects with respect to the goods (or the relevant part thereof) as provided in GCC.27hereof.
Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

labelling means any words, particulars, trade marks, brand name, pictorial matter or symbol relating to a food and placed on any packaging, document, notice, label, ring or collar accompanying or referring to such food;

Kit means a set of components that are packaged together and intended to be used to perform a specific in vitro diagnostic examination, or a part thereof;
Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.
Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.
