The maximum the Underwriter will pay for any claim relating to Common Parts will be the amount that the Policyholder has a legal liability to contribute towards the cost of repairs, rectification or rebuilding works.
Common Parts All structural and exterior elements of the Building, all conducting media serving the Building and any other parts of the Building other than study bedrooms and studios.
Common Parts includes any cycle and bin stores, communal gardens, landscaped areas and parking areas serving the Building, those parts of the Landlord's property which are necessary for the purpose of gaining access to the Accommodation, and those parts of a Cluster Flat which are intended for the joint use of all the occupants.
