The terms of the contract, are contained in: Part C1 Agreements and Contract Data, (which includes this Form of Offer and Acceptance) Part C2 Pricing Data Part C3 Scope of Work: Goods Information including Supply Requirements and drawings and documents (or parts thereof), which may be incorporated by reference into the above listed Parts.

If Supplier plans to cease production of any Parts after the twenty-year period as detailed in Section 2.3(b) above, then Supplier shall provide Buyer with at least one calendar year’s notice of such event so that Buyer may request a “last-time” buy from Supplier for such Parts.
