Office Leases definition

Office Leases means the existing leases of office space at 1300 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx East, Houston, Texas 77032-2949.

Office Leases means the interests acquired, directly or indirectly, by the Company from Enterprise pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Buyers Agreement (or to which the Company has succeeded through the acquisition of interests in entities acquired by the Company from Enterprise pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Buyers Agreement) in and to the office leases more particularly described in Schedule L attached hereto.

Office Leases means Seller’s office space leases listed on subsection (b) of Schedule 2.1 that Buyer is assuming.

More Definitions of Office Leases

Office Leases means the Leases in respect of the Offices, as such Leases are set forth in Section (A)(sss) of the Disclosure Letter;

Office Leases means leases or subleases of the locations listed on, and on the terms described in, Exhibit F hereto.
