Officer-in-Charge means the officer of the Corporation, not below the level of Deputy Manager, designated by “Competent Authority.” as the case may be, who shall supervise and be in-charge of such works.
The Officer-In charge means, the Officer deputed by the respective area HOD to supervise the work or part of the work.
Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant/Architect : This term shall mean any authorized representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.
Revenue Officer means an officer of the Revenue Commissioners;
Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer of the Authority nominated by the Engineer-in-charge for day to day supervision, checking, taking measurement, checking bills, ensuring quality control, inspecting works and other related works for completion of the project.
Reserve officer means a person authorized by a city, city and county, town, county, or state institution of higher education within this state to act as a reserve police officer, reserve deputy sheriff, or reserve town marshal for certain specific and limited periods of time while the person is authorized to be on duty and acting at the express direction or under the direct supervision of a fully POST-certified peace officer pursuant to section 16-2.5- 103, 16-2.5- 105, 16-2.5-108, or 16-2.5-120. A reserve officer is a peace officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties whose authority shall be limited to the authority granted by his or her authorizing agency.
Officer member means a member of the Trust who is either an officer of the Trust or is to be treated as an officer by virtue of regulation 1(3) (i.e. the Chairman of the Trust or any person nominated by such a Committee for appointment as a Trust member).
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Notice and Administration Expenses means all costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with providing notice to the Settlement Class and the administration of the Settlement, including but not limited to: (i) providing notice of the proposed Settlement by mail, publication, and other means to Settlement Class Members; (ii) receiving and reviewing claims; (iii) applying the Plan of Allocation; (iv) communicating with Persons regarding the proposed Settlement and claims administration process; (v) distributing the proceeds of the Settlement; and (vi) fees related to the Escrow Account and investment of the Settlement Fund.
Chief Investor Relations Officer means such senior officer of the Company appointed by the Board of directors to deal with dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI in a fair and unbiased manner.
Principal Financial Officer shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Financial Officer Certification means, with respect to the financial statements for which such certification is required, the certification of the chief financial officer of Company that such financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition of Company and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the periods indicated, subject to changes resulting from audit and normal year-end adjustments.
Corrections officer means any corrections agency employee
Notice and Administration Costs means the costs, fees, and expenses that are incurred by the Claims Administrator and/or Lead Counsel in connection with: (i) providing notices to the Settlement Class; and (ii) administering the Settlement, including but not limited to the Claims process, as well as the costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with the Escrow Account.
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
BD Officer means each officer or employee of BD designated as a "BD Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent.
General and Administrative Costs means reasonable, normal and customary expenses and costs paid or payable that are classified as general and administrative costs, including salaries and all other compensation to the management of the Borrower, consulting fees, salary, rent, supplies, travel and entertainment, insurance, accounting, legal, engineering and broker related fees, required to manage the affairs of the Borrower.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Chief Academic Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for academic programs and services, or his/her designee.
