Officers and Staff means the officers and staff in the employment of the ARIAS Society including the officers, staff, and consultants working in the PCU- part time or full-time. This will also include the Government officers placed on Service Disposal basis, in addition to their own duties in the parent Govt. Department.

  • Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.
