Official establishment definition

Official establishment means an establishment granted inspection service under the act and this article.
Official establishment means any slaughtering, cutting, boning, meat canning, curing, smoking, salting, packing, rendering, or similar establishment at which inspection is maintained under the regulatory authority and this Rule.
Official establishment means any establishment as determined by the Commissioner at which inspection of the slaughter of poultry, or the processing of poultry products, is maintained under the authority of this Article.
