official source means an EU institution or a regulator;
official source means the version of the Works that are made available to the public on behalf of DVSA. "Product" means the publications or Products as set out in Schedule 1 incorporating the Licensed Material. “Questions” means theory test Questions, answers and associated Knowledge and Understanding text. “Research” specifies use of the Product as set out in Schedule 1 incorporating the Licensed Material to carry out research for the purposes of discovery or the gathering and analysis of information.
