Official Ticketing Agent definition

Official Ticketing Agent means our official appointed ticket agent for the Event, Packman Systems Limited trading as Kaboodle, acting as our agent;

Official Ticketing Agent means the official appointed Ticket agent of SARES, acting as agent for SARES;

Official Ticketing Agent means our official appointed ticket agent for the Event, acting as our agent;

Examples of Official Ticketing Agent in a sentence

• In the event of such alteration, neither JR2019, RWCL, the Official Ticketing Agent, or any Authorised Agents (each a "Ticket Issuer") will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in paragraphs 29-32 of these Conditions.

• In the event of such alteration, neither ER 2015, RWCL the Official Ticketing Agent, or any Authorised Agents (each a "Ticket Issuer") will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in paragraphs 28-31 of these Conditions.

• In the event of such alteration, neither Athletics World Cup, the Official Ticketing Agent, or any Authorised Agents will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in paragraphs 33, 34, 35 and 36 of these Conditions.

• Tickets may only be purchased from Us (via the Official Ticketing Agent) or through any other sale or transfer mechanism authorised in writing by Us. Tickets purchased or obtained from any other source shall be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or compensation.

• In the event of such alteration, neither British Athletics, the Official Ticketing Agent, or any Authorised Agents will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in paragraphs 33, 34, 35 and 36 of these Conditions.

More Definitions of Official Ticketing Agent

Official Ticketing Agent means our official appointed ticket agent(s) for the Event, including without limitation Kaboodle Solutions Ltd. t/a Kaboodle, each acting as our agent;

Official Ticketing Agent means our official appointed ticket agent(s) for the Event, namely Kaboodle Solutions Limited t/a Kaboodle or Resident Advisor Tickets Limited t/a Resident Advisor, acting as our agent(s);

Official Ticketing Agent means Secutix, who have been appointed on behalf of CWI;
