Our Agent means any third party authorised to promote and sell the Service or carry out business activities on Our behalf;

  • Following Theft of the Product during the term of this Policy as detailed on Your Schedule, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy, We will provide a replacement product of equivalent specification to the Product You originally purchased from Dell, as determined by Our Agent at their sole and reasonable discretion.

  • CANCELLATION Cancellation by the Insured: You have the right to cancel the Policy at any time by giving advance notice to Our Agent of Us (stating when thereafter the cancellation shall be effective).

  • To receive benefits under this Policy, You must co-operate with Our Agent to ensure that the Product is properly serviced.

  • Where a deposit is accepted by Us or Our Agent, the deposit shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.3.6 You must keep a record of the details of all deposits made under this Agreement, and provide this record to Us on request.

Related to Our Agent

  • Vendor Agent means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.

  • Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;

  • Global Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble, and any duly qualified and appointed successor or successors of U.S. Bank thereto.

  • Verification Agent As defined in Section 3.28.

  • Issuing Agent means Pareto Securities AB, or another party replacing it, as Issuing Agent, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Contractor Agent means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
