Ohio Basic Building Code definition

Ohio Basic Building Code means the code of regulations adopted by the Division of Industrial Relations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act of Ohio relative to buildings or structures which are located within the corporate limits of the City.
Ohio Basic Building Code means the building requirements, as adopted by the board of building standards pursuant to section 3781.10 of the Revised Code.

  • Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
