Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
Locksmith means a person employed to repair and maintain locks and safes;
shop means an area of a building that is 30m² or more in extent or an area of land that is 30m² or more in extent, used for the sale or hire of goods;
Painter means an employee who applies paint or any other preparation used for preservative or decorative purposes -
Air gap separation means the unobstructed vertical distance through the free atmosphere between the lowest opening from any pipe or faucet supplying water to a tank, plumbing fixture, or other device and the overflow level rim of the receptacle, and shall be at least double the diameter of the supply pipe measured vertically above the flood level rim of the vessel, but in no case less than one inch.
Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;
Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
Child care means continuous care and supervision of five or more qualifying children that is:
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
Lamp means a device designed to illuminate the road or to emit a light signal to other road users. Rear registration plate lamp and retro-reflectors are likewise to be regarded as lamps;
Dusting aid means a product designed or labeled to assist in removing dust and other soils from floors and other surfaces without leaving a wax or silicone based coating. “Dusting Aid” does not include “Pressurized Gas Duster.”
Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).
Scrap metal means ferrous or nonferrous metal, or items that contain ferrous or nonferrous metal, that are sold or offered for sale for the value of the ferrous or nonferrous metal they contain rather than their original intended use; ferrous or nonferrous metal removed from or obtained by cutting, demolishing, or disassembling a building, structure, or manufactured item; or other metal that cannot be used for its original intended purpose but can be processed for reuse in a mill, foundry, die caster, or other manufacturing facility.
PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.
Metal means precious metal, including, without limitation, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, and ruthenium.
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
