Old Class B Common Stock definition

Old Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company prior to the consummation of the Restructuring.

Old Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock of HomePlace Holdings with a par value of $0.001 per share.
