Old Common Stock Options definition

Old Common Stock Options means all options, warrants and rights (whether fixed or contingent, matured or unmatured, disputed or undisputed), contractual, legal, equitable or otherwise, to acquire shares of Old Common Stock or other equity interests in IBC.
