Old Convertible Note Indenture definition

Old Convertible Note Indenture means the Old Convertible Notes indenture dated as of August 12, 2004, among IBC, the guarantors party thereto and the Old Convertible Note Indenture Trustee.
Old Convertible Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of September 30, 1996, between the Company and Xxxxxx Trust and Savings Bank, as trustee thereunder, relating to the Old Convertible Notes, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
