Old Dominion s Percentage Ownership Interest in Major Spare Parts. (a) Except as otherwise modified by the operation of Sections 15.03, 16.01 or 16.02 of the Purchase, Construction and Ownership Agreement, Old Dominion shall own its Old Dominion's Percentage Ownership Interest in any Major Spare Part until such Major Spare Part is used in a unit other than the Units. Old Dominion shall have the meaning given that term in the Investment Agreement.
