Unit 1 definition

Unit 1 means Colstrip Unit No. 1, a 333 MW (gross capacity) coal-fired steam electric generating unit located on the Units 1 and 2 Site in Rosebud County, Montana, designated "Colstrip Unit 0," xnd consisting of the assets described in Exhibit B of the Site Lease and Sublease and specifically excluding therefrom the Transmission Facilities.

Unit 1 has the meaning ascribed for “Unit #1” in the Multi-Hearth Furnace Contract for Unit #1, of even date herewith, by and between the Parties.
