Omaha Property definition

Omaha Property means the Individual Property located at 655 North 108th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska.
Omaha Property means the land, together with all improvements to be constructed thereon with the proceeds of the Omaha Loan, which is located in Omaha, Nebraska, which is owned by Omaha and which is to secure the Omaha Loan, the Englewood Loan and this Loan.
