Omaha Property definition

Omaha Property means the land, together with all improvements to be constructed thereon with the proceeds of the Omaha Loan, which is located in Omaha, Nebraska, which is owned by Omaha and which is to secure the Omaha Loan, the Englewood Loan and this Loan.
Omaha Property means the real property located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, together with improvements thereon.
