On-Site Job definition

On-Site Job means any job for which at least fifty percent (50%) of the work hours during any calendar year are performed on the Project Site.
On-Site Job means a non-construction, non-managerial, non-supervisory position in the Operation for which at least ten (10) hours per week of the employee’s regular work schedule is performed for Hotel Employer on-site at the Project and that requires: (i) no education above a high school diploma (or certified equivalency) or professional credential; and (ii) less than one (1) year of training or specific preparation.

  • On-Site Job Interview Assistance in combination with services provided by either WTC employment services, Business Service Representatives, RCS provider, or CRP.

  • Hotel Employer shall not be required to deliver a Job Notification or hire a Target Employee for an available On-Site Job if Hotel Employer reasonably determines that there is an urgent need to fill that position immediately in order to perform essential functions of the Operation.
