OnBoard Site means a site maintained by Passageways within the URL xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for authorized access to Posted Content via Your personal authentication credential.

  • However, OnBoard Africa reserves the right to remove Posted Content from the OnBoard Site at any time, without prior notice, if OnBoard Africa in its sole discretion believes that the Posted Content may violate OnBoard Africa's Acceptable Use Guidelines or applicable law.

  • However, Passageways reserves the right to move, refuse, modify, and/or remove content from the OnBoard Site at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, if Passageways in its sole discretion believes that the Posted Content may violate Passageways' Acceptable Use guidelines or applicable law.

Related to OnBoard Site

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.
