Onboarding and Technical Specifications definition

Onboarding and Technical Specifications means the Onboarding and technical process and specifications for connecting to NC HealthConnex, for submitting HIE Data to NC HealthConnex as required by Applicable Law, as well as any implementation guidance and other technical materials and resources approved by NC HIEA.
