Oncology Product definition

Oncology Product means any pharmaceutical product containing an Oncology Compound (alone or in combination with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Oncology Product means the Product used for indications in the field of oncology. The Oncology Product excludes the Ophthalmology Product.
Oncology Product has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.3.

More Definitions of Oncology Product

Oncology Product means a Product for which the first Phase II Study conducted or, for purposes of and as provided in Section 4.4(a), proposed to be conducted, by Infinity or an Infinity Related Party for such Licensed Compound or Product is for an oncology Indication.
Oncology Product means PTX-25, humanized agonist mAb against TNFRSF25.
Oncology Product means a finished product containing an Oncology Compound as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (including any salt, hydrate, solvate, or prodrug thereof).
