One Time Cost definition

One Time Cost means cost incurred in the first year which includes the cost of Supply, Delivery, Configuration, Installation, Customization, Integration, Training, Testing, and Implementation of Hardware, software and any other component/s required for the proposed solution.
One Time Cost or “OTC” means a non-recurring fee (i) chargeable for, or (ii) incurred, as a result the provision of each of the Service (e.g. Setup Fee, administrative charge and Late Fee).
One Time Cost. All costs determined by the Distribution Provider to be associated with the installation of the Delivery Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities, Reliability Network Upgrades, or Capital Additions which are not capitalized.
