Proposed Solution definition

Proposed Solution means the Proposed System with modifications that meet the Agency’s requirements as set forth in this RFP.

Proposed Solution means the technical solution to be provided by the Implementation agency in response to the requirements and the objectives of the Project.

• The Seeker has absolute and sole discretion to determine whether to proceed with any further business negotiations or discussions surrounding a Proposed Solution.

• You recognize that other persons, including other Solvers, may have provided Seeker or others, or made public, or may in the future submit, or make public, materials that are the same or similar to your Proposed Solution.

Proposed Solution has the meaning given in paragraph 3.5 below.

Proposed Solution means the combination of software, hardware, other products or equipment, and any and all services (including any installation, implementation, training, maintenance and support services) necessary to implement the solution described by Vendor in its Proposal.

Proposed Solution means the data de-duplication system submitted by a Vendor as described in its Response, consisting of the Products and Services.

Proposed Solution means the entire Hosted Services platform, which is made up of several components and includes any relevant Professional Services, and which will be provided by the Successful Proponent (or by the Solution Vendor) pursuant to the Final Agreement.
