OPC Contracts definition

OPC Contracts means, as of a particular date, all EMC Contracts, the CSA, other contracts, operating procedures and understandings (whether written or oral, and if oral, written statements of the terms thereof) in effect on such date affecting OPC's rights and obligations with respect to OPC Resources and to the ITS.
OPC Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of CRC Contracts.

  • In addition, the Parties understand that after the fact adjustments to amounts owed or revenues received may be made pursuant to the CSA or other OPC Contracts, which adjustments may affect the Energy Cost and associated amounts payable by LPM to OPC under this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, OPC shall not be required to take any action inconsistent with its rights and obligations under the OPC Contracts, the NERC or SERC guidelines, or applicable Laws.

  • OPC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make Must Run Resources available for the production and sale of OPC Energy to Power Marketer during the Term, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations, if any, contained in the OPC Contracts.

  • The Administrative Committee shall have the authority, by unanimous vote of its members, to make such changes to the Administrative Procedures as it deems appropriate and in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice, and to resolve disputes concerning the application of the Administrative Procedures; provided, however, that the Administrative Committee shall not take any action in conflict with the terms of this Agreement or the OPC Contracts, nor otherwise modify the terms of this Agreement.

Related to OPC Contracts

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Specified Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

  • Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Acquired Contracts has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

  • Seller Contracts means those Contracts of Seller or any Other Seller that relate primarily to the Business.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Transferred Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(c).

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • SpinCo Contracts means the following contracts and agreements to which either Party or any member of its Group is a party or by which it or any member of its Group or any of their respective Assets is bound, whether or not in writing; provided that SpinCo Contracts shall not include (x) any contract or agreement that is contemplated to be retained by Parent or any member of the Parent Group from and after the Effective Time pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement or (y) any contract or agreement that would constitute SpinCo Software or SpinCo Technology:

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.

  • Company Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Executory Contracts means executory contracts and unexpired leases as such terms are used in 11 U.S.C. § 365, including all operating leases, capital leases, and contracts to which the Debtor is a party or beneficiary on the Confirmation Date.

  • Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).

  • Retained Contracts means all contracts, agreements, leases, software licenses, rights, obligations or other commitments of the Company that (a) arise out of or are related exclusively to any business or operation of the Company other than the Business, or (b) arise out of or are related in any way to the Business and which, in the case of both clauses (a) and (b) herein, are not Transferred Contracts.

  • Related Contracts is defined in clause (c) of Section 2.1.

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Applicable Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

  • Shared Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b).

  • Relevant Contracts means the contracts for each shipper who is delivering Gas to the Inlet Point on that day.
