Opco Borrower definition

Opco Borrower has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph.

Opco Borrower means ART Mortgage Borrower Opco 2006-2 L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and its successors by merger, consolidation or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of such Person (except to the extent that any such merger, consolidation or transfer may be prohibited hereunder).

Opco Borrower as defined in the preamble hereto and shall include any successor in interest thereto.
