OpCo Notes Indenture definition

OpCo Notes Indenture the Indenture dated as of April 13, 2006 entered into by OpCo in connection with the issuance of the OpCo Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by OpCo in connection therewith.
OpCo Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 20, 2012, between Tops Holding LLC, Tops Markets LLC, the guarantors party thereto, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

OpCo Notes Indenture means the indenture dated July 27, 2012 by and among Opco, the other parties thereto and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, relating to the Opco Notes.
OpCo Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture dated February 3, 2011, by and among BI-LO and BI-LO Finance Corp., as issuers, the guarantors party thereto from time to time, and the Trustee, as Trustee, pursuant to which the OpCo Notes were issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
