Recruitment means the total proc- ess by which the Federal Government and the Federal agencies locate, iden- tify and assist in the employment of qualified applicants from underrep- resented groups for job openings in cat- egories of employment where underrep- resentation has been determined. It in- cludes both innovative internal and ex- ternal recruitment actions. It is also intended to cover processes designed to prepare qualifiable applicants (those who have the potential but do not pres- ently meet valid qualification require- ments) for such job openings through Office of Personnel Management § 720.204 programs of training, work experience or both.
Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.
Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
Racketeering activity means to commit, to attempt to commit, to conspire to commit, or to solicit, coerce, or intimidate another person to commit:
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Recruit means any full-time or part-time law enforcement
New employee orientation means the onboarding process of a newly hired public employee, whether in person, online, or through other means or mediums, in which employees are advised of their employment status, rights, benefits, duties and responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;
direct recruitment means an appointment made otherwise than by promotion or by transfer of an official already in the service of the Government of India of any State Government ;

Support Personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.
Drug-free workplace means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract at which the employees of the Contractor are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance.
Basic Conditions of Employment Act means the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997);
Safety-sensitive function means all time from the time a driver begins to work or is required to be in readiness to work until the time he/she is relieved from work and all responsibility for performing work.

Outreach means the Outreach to potential Clients to link them to appropriate Mental Health 27 Services and may include activities that involve educating the community about the services offered and 28 requirements for participation in the programs. Such activities should result in the CONTRACTOR 29 developing their own Client referral sources for the programs they offer.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Clinical psychologist means a person who practices clinical psychology as defined in § 54.1-3600.
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
