Open recruitment definition
Open recruitment means advertis- ing a position announcement to persons who at the time of the advertisement are already employed by Linn County and to persons who are not at the time of advertisement employed by Linn County.
Open recruitment or “open examination” shall mean a position or employment test open to the public and not limited to applicants currently in the County service.
