Open Space Management Scheme definition

Open Space Management Scheme means the scheme for the long-term management and maintenance of the Open Space Land by a Management Body to be approved by the Council pursuant to paragraph [ ] of Schedule Two or such variation thereof as may be agreed by the Owner and the Council;
