Operating Date definition

Operating Date means the date of commencement of operation when the Hotel shall start generating Gross Operating Income and as intimated by FPHL to the Owner in writing, taking into account the progress of completion or renovation of the Hotel and availability or installation therein of equipment, furniture and operating supplies and after obtaining all licenses, sanctions, permissions and permits required by Owner and/or FPHL for the purpose of or in connection with the establishment and operation of the Hotel. 'Operating Equipment’ means any tool, plant or machinery, office equipments, software, motor vehicles in the Hotel used or usable for processing, manufacturing, production, service etc.
Operating Date means that date by which the RIH Hotel is Operating.
Operating Date means any of the dates on which any of the East Rail Extensions commences Commercial Operations as the context requires.
