Operating Date definition

Operating Date means the date of Qualified Provisional Acceptance or Provisional Acceptance (whichever occurs first) of the first Unit;
Operating Date means that date by which the RIH Hotel is Operating.
Operating Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.
