Operating Season definition

Operating Season means the season of the year during which a crustacea product is processed.
Operating Season means every day during a calendar year, beginning with the first Operating Day in that calendar year on which the Badger provides services for which it charges or collects fares, tariffs or other fees, and continuing each day thereafter until the last Operating Day of that calendar year.
Operating Season means Electric Kick Scooter operations conducted from April 15 to October 31 of a calendar year, as may be amended from time to time.

  • If delay in award is for 30 days or more during Normal Operating Season after bid opening, Contracting Officer shall, upon award, adjust the contract term to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the time award is delayed during Normal Operating Season.

  • For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year.

More Definitions of Operating Season

Operating Season means any of the following: a Beach Season; a Pool Season; a Skating Season; or a Golf Season.
