Camping Season. The camping season begins May 15th and ends October 10th Seasonal Rent Cost: The full, up-front seasonal rent cost is $3,800.00 + 9% tax payable in advance by check by September 15th, 2021 or scheduled payments through Square by a credit card on file, with a 3.5% transaction fee and 15 cent auto tip Square charge per card transaction added. More Definitions of Camping Season

Camping Season means that period of time from April 1 through October 30. All fees inclusive of sales tax.

Camping Season shall commence on Good Friday and shall run until the 30th September in each year of the Term (both dates inclusive). Any dates outside that period shall be with the prior agreement in writing with the Landlord. “Commencement Date” means 1st January 2015
